SHIPPING POLICY

 

We ship all of our orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

We do not ship to PO Boxes

 

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

We process orders (Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays)

Processing times typically take between 2-7 business days, for destinations within the United States. Although most orders will be shipped out within 2 business days or less, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

 Holidays and high-volume of orders may delay the shipping process.

Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES ARE PROVIDED AS GUIDELINES ONLY.

The estimated shipping time may be subject to delays due to customs, shipping destination, and national holidays. We ask that you please allow up to 12 business days before contacting us in regards to your order. If you have yet to receive your order within this time frame, please contact us. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support using our contact page within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will Guide you through the process. 

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs department. We are not responsible for these additional charges.
